About Arambol

Arambol Beach, one of the beautiful beach in Goa, located near to city of
Mapusa within the Pernem administrative region of northern Goa. The village
is tranquil and friendly - just a few locals, mostly fishing people, and a
couple of Western residents in the high season of November to February. The
village is not much modern so the parties held here occasionally. In Arambol
Beach the coastline lacks the palm-fringed exotic clichés of the
southern Goa beaches but it has plenty of character and is pretty in its own
kind of way. Here the sunset always draws a big crowd to the beach, playing
music, dancing, doing tai chi, meditating...people love to be here. The air
is cooler, and you can gaze directly into the sun as it hangs above the
horizon. The sun doesn't sets, it just slowly dissolves into the haze that
covers all of India.
